Placing an order

If you would like to order any item from this site please send me an email containing your details (name, contact details and shipping location, i.e Mainland UK) and the item you would like to purchase. I can accept payments via paypal if you have an account with them (very easy to set up and completely free) or by cheque. Please advise in your email which method of payment you would prefer.

All items £30 and under (exluding memory wire chokers) are gift wrapped in an organza pouch. All items over £3.50 come gift boxed. Additional gift boxes and organza pouches are available to purchase seperatley if your require them.

Methods of payment

At the present time I can only accept payments via Paypal if you have an account with them (very easy to set up and completely free) or by cheque.

Paypal enables you to pay by your choice of credit or debit card in a secure online environment. If you choose to pay via Paypal I will send you an invoice through which you can purchase your item on their secure server. Payment reaches my account in minutes and your item will be dispatched the next working day. I will email you to advise that you order is on its way and to provide your Royal Mail tracking ID number. If paying by cheque your item will be sent once payment has cleared. Please remember to include your cheque guarentee card number and address on the reverse of your cheque. I will email you to advise that you order is on its way and to provide your Royal Mail tracking ID number.

Postage costs

All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery in bubble pack envelopes. I try to keep postage costs to a minimum and therefore each item will be charged according to size and weight. Shipping is combined for mutliple purchases paid for in the same transaction. Most items (or combined purchases) will cost beteeen £3.00 and £5.00 for first class recorded delivery.

If you wish to have your item sent Royal Mail special delivery instead of recorded please let me know. There is an additonal cost for special delivery however it guarentees next day delivery if you need your item quickly.

All items (exluding memory wire chokers) are presented in a beautiful organza pouch (£30 and under) or in a stylish gift box (over £30.50). If you wish to purchase additional pouches or boxes please visit the packaging page.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item in its original condition and unworn, within 7 days and I will refund you payment (excluding postage & packing). Please contact me first to advise me that it is being returned. I cannt be responsbile for items lost in the post and therefore I advise you to return any item via recorded delivery or special delivery. Earrings are non returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

Data Protection

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, your name, address and e-mail address will not be passed to any third parties.
